This place used to be Fuentes Grill (soul food) which I loved. This place im not sure I love at ALL . I asked for Mac and cheese and sweet potatoes but instead I received collard green and sweet potatoes and both were nasty . The Collard greens tasted like they were from the can not good at all. The sweet potatoes tasted like they were frozen , put into a pot and that’s it. I feel like the pictures that she advertised looks absolutely nothing like the food she gave me! The chicken is why I gave it two stars cause the chicken had nice flavor. The crepe was okay it was 99% Nutella and 1 % crepe with 4 strawberries . Won’t be coming back :(

Food is alright... has a bit of a limited menu and no Mambo sauce 😱 *Had to run down the street to another chicken spot to get sauce and they gave it to me for free!* I will say the yams were a bit tough, but sweet nonetheless. The macaroni..... it was just okay. Some things on the menu are not even regularly available (ex. Mashed potatoes - she told me this). It is best to call and ask when she closes because it seems to be different from the few times I’ve visited. It’s posted that she closes at 7pm... but if you can, call and ask to confirm - it’s likely she’s changed her mind to an earlier time for closing or requires that you come in or order by a certain time or she won’t be able to take your order. Have to watch out for that.

Food was delicious, enormous portions. You can also tell everything is fresh. I believe they may be middle eastern and it has European in the restaurant name omg do not let that fool you. I have never had collard greens that good from someone who don't look like me, definitely will be gong back. Also the prices were stellar and if they get soulfood style desert this may be bumped up to 5 stars.

Ordered takeout here and was not disappointed at all. This place is situated in a brick suite and you cannot miss it. The menu offers a variety of grilled meat options as well as fried chicken and fried whiting. This place has plenty of sides from baked beans, Mac and cheese, yams, etc. All meals come with 2 sides and range from about $13-20 a plate. I ordered the steak with yams and greens, while my daughter ordered the grilled chicken with the same sides. Their greens contain bits of turkey and were so flavorful. Even the yams were delicious and they are chopped small, unlike candied yams. We ordered in store and waited about 15-20 mins for food to be ready. If you don’t want to wait, call ahead if you don’t plan to eat in (they have a few seats, but mostly takeout) Our food was delicious and full of flavor. My steak was a little overcooked, but I still ate it because it was that good! The grilled chicken breast was moist and flavorful as well. I did sample the potato salad and was not a fan of it as I like mine more on the sweet side. Also was disappointed that they advertised white rice, but only had yellow rice. But, the service and the food was top notch. Definitely worth the visit for a mixture of southern comfort food with some grilled or fried meat.

Not sure where people who’ve given this more than one star have eaten at before because wow. 25 minute wait and a drive from the WW bridge through the mixing bowl expecting a really fresh hot edible meal. Bland is not the word to describe the Mac and cheese, the turnips were canned tasting, and the chicken was extremely salty and we couldn’t get through that. Another huge mistake was my potato salad was placed in the same container as my hot pork chops and syrup yams which it made it warm when I reached my destination. Shame on me for 3 hour drive and 30 bucks in the trash.
